Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.
Can I cancel my Foodlz account at any time?
Yes. If you ever decide not to continue with Foodlz, simply cancel your account from your control panel. You can also move your website to any other host of your choice.
Do you charge transaction fees?
No. There are no transactions fees on any of our paid plans.
Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?
No. You can sign up without entering your credit card details.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. You can use an existing domain name that you own on all paid plans, or you can purchase a domain name from a third party like for example. We also provide a free demo domain name to all restaurants on sign up.
Do I need a web host?
No. All Foodlz plans include hosting. Foodlz uses the best servers and networks to ensure your restaurant website is reliable and fast.
What payment methods that can be provided to your customers?
Foodlz is integrated with many payments gateways, sign up for free to check our payments integration. and you can also offer COD and CCOD.
Do I need a restaurant license or bank account?
No. But to be able to accept online payments through VISA and MasterCard, some payment gateways will require the company license. If you are only accepting cash on delivery (COD) then you can setup your restaurant website without the license.
I want to do my own custom design is that possible?
Foodlz offers many responsive themes based on your plan. We also offer a branding service where we change your site's colors to go along with your brand. Moreover, we introduce new themes on quarterly basis to better serve your taste and business. And if you still want to use your own custom design you can still contact us for offers.
Do I have to have technical skills to build or manage my restaurant website?
No. Foodlz built a knowledge base in addition to its user-friendly dashboard so that you can easily manage your website without the need of technical skills. Never forget that Foodlz’s team is always ready to help you.
Does your system support Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?
